Tavern at the Mission Management Team

Jennifer Talbot is our General Manager. She worked in management previously for Cedar Creek Inn and was somewhat apprehensive about staying with us as our Assistant Manager, but with a little cajoling, she thankfully decided to stay. Shortly there after we promoted her to General Manager. She is a tireless worker doing anything and everything that needs to be done to keep us running smoothly and always does it with a smile. She exudes ‘Hospitality’ as she warmly greets our guests. We call her our ‘Unicorn’ because of your outstanding work ethic, drive and determination!

Alfredo Lopez is our Executive Chef and he’s passionate about food and his kitchen. He is a very detailed guy and is extremely proud of the food he and his team deliver. Like Jennifer, he works tirelessly and does whatever it take to get the job done each and every shift. He is a creative chef who has a deep background working with multiple types of cuisine. He works joyfully every day and his staff loves working for him because he’s fair, even tempered and has a contagious smile!

Chelsea Slenders is our Bar Manager overseeing ordering and oversees our bartenders. She is very friendly and outgoing and is a speed merchant in the service well when she works it. She also is extremely creative and has been responsible for many of our signature drinks. She always takes the initiative in coming up with new drink specials for all our holidays.
