BBQ Salmon Tacos

This summer we a featuring it as a taco plate at lunch, dinner and brunch at both our locations. The fillets lightly dusted with Wilhelm’s BBQ spice blend then briefly grilled over high heat which creates a crusted sear while the center remains moist cooked to a medium temperature. The fillets are then placed in warm corn tortillas atop coleslaw and chipotle tartar sauce then topped with a papaya salad and avocado wedges.

Tacos are served with Mexican style red rice and black beans simmer in beer with spices… a perfect lunch or light summer dinner.
